In my experience, this was the worst dental visit I’ve ever had. Dr. Patel looked at my child’s mouth for less than a minute, acknowledged there was a problem, and refused to provide treatment because of an appointment from six months ago. No referral was offered, and there was very little compassion for a child who was in pain. The front desk staff was also unhelpful and essentially told me to leave a Google review instead of trying to help. The only person who showed any care was the dental assistant, who provided a list of other dentists. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this office.

Front office staff:cold Wait: excruciating. The whole thing(Regular cleaning) took close to 100 mins with real work taking about 20 mins. Rest is all waiting. Hygienist: average. Did her job. Got my teeth cleaned. but it is a little rushed. I won’t go back.

Was scheduling an extraction for wisdom teeth, where they said I needed a bone graft… for a tooth I will never get an implant for. A bone graft is filling the extracted space with something to create space (for implant) why would I want that for my wisdom tooth? I got two separate opinions, and the way I got it was that Eastern Dental didn’t wanna see me unless I paid over 1,000$ for an added procedure that is completely unnecessary. So I had to go to a completely different office because Eastern Dental doesn’t care about patient health, they care about money. They’re the epitome of everything wrong with American health care. Despite calling them the of last month they never followed up, my gums bled, tooth crowded, and finally I got an infection. What did Eastern Dental do for in that case? Absolutely nothing

New patient, had a great experience. Everybody was nice. Staff went over all what they had found and made me understand everything. No pressure. Just let me know what needed to be done and the cost. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Highly recommend.

front office is horrible. no welcome greeting or communication. you “sign in” and sit there and wonder for the whole time - is anyone caring Im even here?! the first lady who took me back was rude! as it turned out, she brought me to the wrong area and soon after returned me back to the waiting room to wait some more. now, 30 minutes past my appointment time. i approach the front desk to inquire whats happening?! sadly, the hygienist who took care of me was wonderful - and on her own “Ophelia” deserves five stars! but I cannot possibly award that to the office.
